While we facilitate reservations and assist in communication, the terms governing refunds are primarily determined by the individual provider responsible for delivering the booked service.
We are committed to transparency and fairness in handling refund-related matters and aim to support users throughout the process.
Our Role as an Intermediary
Travellio Global does not directly provide tours, transport, event tickets, insurance products, visa services, or other travel-related services listed on the platform.
When you complete a booking, you enter into a contractual agreement directly with the relevant third-party provider. As such:
- Refund eligibility is governed by the provider’s cancellation and refund terms;
- Travellio Global does not independently guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated;
- We act as a facilitator in communications between you and the provider.
In cases involving service disruptions, significant changes, or cancellations initiated by the provider, we will assist in reviewing potential refund eligibility in accordance with the provider’s policies.
Provider-Specific Refund Conditions
Each travel service provider sets its own cancellation and refund terms. These conditions may vary depending on:
- The type of service booked;
- Destination regulations;
- Timing of cancellation;

Processing of Approved Refunds
